Like a shower, the water rushes out of the holes to cleanse everywhere and offer a burst of sensation. To use, place one of the included O rings on each end of the hose, then screw the hose onto the shower. Screw the penis to the other end of the hose. Use the provided rubber O rings to prevent leaks. Includes 3 rubber O rings.
