Torpedo Anal Cleaner is a handy cleaning device for the rectum. Made from PVC it's a malleable plastic with larger reservoir.
Easy to fill with water, submerge the tip under water and squeeze the bulb. It will draw water into the tubing. You don't need to insert the tip, pressing it against the anus will be effective since the wide tubing supports more volume allowing a brisk rush of water with one squeeze.
The tip has 3 holes for even and heavy water distribution.
